A phased rollout of new tools, AI capabilities and workflows for modern GTM teams
Clay’s Summer of Launches is a phased campaign introducing new products, betas, partnerships and enablement sessions across July and August. Rather than concentrating every announcement into a single launch, Clay is releasing new capabilities in stages, giving go-to-market teams time to understand, test and adopt each development.
Several updates have already shipped. These include dark mode, the open beta of Clay’s CLI and API, Clay MCP for Reps, support for open-weight models, and new GTM engineering workforce insights from Pave.
Together, these releases reflect Clay’s continued evolution from a data enrichment platform into broader GTM infrastructure connecting data, AI, agents and workflows. The campaign’s structure also makes adoption more practical by combining product launches with training, enablement and opportunities for teams to apply each capability in real workflows.
Clay CLI & API
Now in open beta, Clay’s Agent Plugin allows technical GTM teams to use Clay directly from Claude Code by Anthropic, OpenAI Codex and Cursor.
Teams can search Clay data, run Functions and agents, and create, edit or trigger Workflows from their coding environment. The shift is simple: teams can now build on Clay, rather than working only inside the platform.
Clay MCP for Reps
Clay MCP for Reps brings Clay’s data and Operations-managed workflows into Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Glean.
Sales representatives can request contact details, account context or outbound support in plain language, while Operations maintains control over approved logic, access and usage. Clay can search more than 200 data providers without requiring representatives to manage their own data stack.
What Comes Next
From July 28, the campaign continues with the TAM Sourcing bundle, Advanced Search open beta and TAM Sourcing reporting. Ads enablement follows on July 29 and 30, with Clay Ads and Clay Audiences coming together on August 4.
Later releases include Workflows enablement, Topic Intent Signals, Account Execution Agents, Sequencer 2.0, Account Research and the next phase of Account Agents, concluding on August 27.
