Build the systems that turn Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy into action
Infinityn is looking for a GTM Engineer who enjoys turning complex revenue challenges into practical, measurable systems.
In this role, you will combine commercial understanding with hands-on problem-solving across Clay, AI, data, CRM, and workflow automation. Most of your work will support B2B clients, from scaleups to global enterprises, across Sales, Marketing and RevOps.
Projects will vary. You might map a total addressable market, identify and enrich buying groups, detect meaningful account signals, qualify inbound leads, automate account research, improve CRM data or support an account-based campaign.
This is more than a tool-configuration role. With training and support from the team, you will help clarify the business problem, design a practical workflow, build and test it, launch it with the client, and improve it based on real-world results.
About Infinityn
Infinityn is a GTM consultancy specialising in Clay-powered execution. We help B2B revenue teams turn strategy into scalable systems and workflows across Sales, Marketing and RevOps.
Our work brings together GTM strategy, revenue operations, AI-assisted research, account-based execution and Clay workflows. We help clients identify where to focus, find the accounts and people that matter, act on meaningful signals and turn connected data into practical revenue plays.
We are a small, experienced team with an operator mindset. We do not believe GTM should live only in slide decks; it should come to life through systems, workflows, and everyday execution.
What you will do
With training and support from the team, you will gradually take ownership of designing, building, and improving Clay-powered GTM workflows for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
-
Working with clients and Infinityn strategists to identify GTM bottlenecks, clarify requirements, and define what a successful solution should achieve.
-
Designing and building workflows for use cases such as market mapping, ICP research, account scoring, buying-group discovery, enrichment, signal detection, personalization, inbound and outbound execution, partner motions and customer expansion.
-
Connecting Clay with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, sales-engagement tools, ABM platforms, data providers and other parts of a client’s revenue technology stack.
-
Using formulas, conditional logic, integrations and low-code automation to move, structure and enrich information across systems. As your technical confidence develops, this may also include working with APIs, webhooks and JSON.
-
Building data waterfalls and enrichment processes that improve coverage while managing data costs and Clay credit usage responsibly.
-
Creating and refining AI-assisted research, classification, scoring and personalization workflows, with appropriate sourcing, fallback logic and human review.
-
Testing your work carefully, including edge cases, missing data, duplicate records, suppression rules, error handling and unintended automation.
-
Documenting solutions clearly so that clients and colleagues can understand, operate, troubleshoot and extend them.
-
Presenting your work to technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting handovers and helping users adopt the solutions you build.
-
Monitoring performance and improving workflows based on data, user feedback and measurable business impact.
-
Turning successful client solutions into reusable templates, playbooks and delivery standards for Infinityn.
You are likely to be a strong fit if
-
You are a builder. When you see repetitive manual work, disconnected data, or an inefficient process, you naturally start thinking about how it could work better.
-
You combine technical curiosity with commercial judgement. You care not only about whether a workflow works, but whether it improves targeting, accelerates execution, increases conversion, creates pipeline, or saves meaningful time.
-
You enjoy learning new tools and figuring out how systems work. You are comfortable testing ideas, reading documentation, troubleshooting errors, and improving your approach as you learn.
-
You are confident working with structured information. Experience with spreadsheets, CRM data, automation tools, or similar systems will help. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or JSON is useful, but not essential.
-
You understand the fundamentals of B2B go-to-market. This may include ICPs, segmentation, buying groups, funnel stages, inbound and outbound motions, RevOps or account-based marketing.
-
You can turn an unclear business request into a practical solution. You ask the right questions, identify the real requirement, and explain your recommended approach and its trade-offs in plain language.
-
You can work independently while keeping others informed. You are comfortable managing several moving parts and clearly communicating progress, risks, and decisions.
-
You care about reliability. You document your work, test what you build, and aim to create solutions that continue working beyond the first successful demonstration.
-
You communicate confidently in English. Hungarian is an advantage.
Previous experience with Clay is helpful, but not required. We will provide training on the platform and its core concepts, including tables, formulas, enrichment waterfalls, conditional logic, Claygent, AI prompts, signals, and CRM integrations.
You do not need to be a traditional software engineer. You do need to enjoy technical problem-solving and be willing to learn unfamiliar tools through experimentation, documentation, and hands-on building.
Useful additional experience
You do not need experience in all of the areas below. Any of the following would help you get up to speed more quickly:
-
CRM administration, data management or workflow design in platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
-
Low-code automation using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms.
-
Sales-engagement, outbound or ABM platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, Smartlead, Instantly, Demandbase or 6sense.
-
Data enrichment, identity resolution, deduplication, CRM data governance or related data-quality work.
-
AI-assisted workflows, including prompt design, AI agents, evaluation methods and human review processes.
-
SQL, JavaScript, Python or another scripting language.
-
B2B consulting, agency delivery or client-facing implementation work.
-
Analytics, experimentation and connecting workflow performance to measurable business outcomes.
What success looks like
Within your first three to six months, you will learn Infinityn’s delivery approach, contribute to live client projects, and, with guidance from the team, take ownership of a defined GTM use case from discovery through to launch.
You will be successful when the solutions you build are:
- Useful to the people who depend on them
- Reliable enough to run beyond a demo
- Documented and transferable
- Efficient in their use of data, tools and Clay credits
- Connected to a measurable result such as better data coverage, faster research, improved response time, stronger campaign readiness, higher conversion or pipeline impact

Real ownership in a role that will help shape Infinityn’s GTM engineering practice
-
Hands-on Clay training, structured onboarding and ongoing support

Varied client work with scaleups and global enterprises
