Build the systems that turn Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy into action
Infinityn International is looking for a GTM Engineer who can take a messy revenue problem and turn it into a working, measurable system.
You will combine commercial understanding with hands-on building across Clay, AI, data, CRM, and workflow automation. Most of your work will support our clients: B2B scaleups and global enterprises working across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
One project may involve mapping a total addressable market and enriching the right buying group. Another may involve detecting a meaningful account signal, qualifying an inbound lead, automating account research, improving CRM data, or activating an account-based campaign.
This is not simply a tool-configuration role. You will help clarify the business problem, design the workflow, build and test it, launch it with the client, and improve it based on real results.
About Infinityn
Infinityn is a Clay-powered GTM consultancy. We help modern revenue teams turn GTM strategy into scalable execution systems across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
Our work sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, Clay-powered workflows, RevOps, AI research and account-based execution. We help clients clarify where to focus, identify the accounts and people that matter, act on meaningful signals and connect data to practical revenue plays.
We are a lean, senior team with an operator mindset. We do not believe GTM should live only in slide decks. It should live in systems, workflows, and daily execution.
What you will do
-
Work with clients and Infinityn strategists to identify GTM bottlenecks, clarify requirements, and define what a successful workflow should achieve.
-
Design and build Clay workflows for market mapping, ICP research, account scoring, buying-group discovery, enrichment, signal detection, AI research, routing, personalization, outbound, inbound, ABM, partner motions, and customer expansion.
-
Connect Clay with systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, sales-engagement platforms, ABM tools, data providers and other parts of the client’s revenue stack.
-
Use APIs, webhooks, integrations, formulas, conditional logic and low-code automation to move information cleanly between systems.
-
Build data waterfalls and enrichment logic that improve coverage while controlling cost and Clay credit usage.
-
Create and refine prompts and AI agents for research, classification, scoring and personalization, with clear source rules, fallback logic and human review where needed.
-
Test workflows carefully, including edge cases, missing data, duplicate records, error handling, suppression rules and unintended automation.
-
Document what you build so clients and colleagues can understand, operate, troubleshoot and extend it.
-
Present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, run handovers and support user adoption.
-
Monitor performance and improve workflows based on data, feedback and business impact.
-
Turn successful client builds into reusable templates, playbooks and delivery standards for Infinityn.
-
Keep learning as Clay, AI models, data sources and GTM technology evolve.
You are likely to be a strong fit if
-
You are a builder. When you see repetitive manual work or disconnected data, you start thinking about how the system should work instead.
-
You combine technical curiosity with commercial judgment. You care whether a workflow creates better targeting, faster execution, stronger conversion, more pipeline, or meaningful time savings.
-
You have hands-on experience building in Clay, whether through client work, an in-house role, portfolio projects or serious personal experiments.
-
You understand core Clay concepts such as tables, formulas, waterfalls, conditional runs, Claygent, AI prompts, people and company data, signals and CRM integrations.
-
You are comfortable working with structured data, spreadsheets, APIs, webhooks, JSON and automation logic. You know how to investigate an error instead of working around it blindly.
-
You understand the basics of B2B go-to-market, including ICPs, segmentation, buying groups, funnel stages, inbound and outbound motions, RevOps and account-based execution.
-
You can translate an unclear business request into a practical system design and explain the trade-offs in plain language.
-
You can work independently, manage several moving parts, and still communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
-
You document your work and build for reliability, not only for a successful first demo.
-
You communicate confidently in English. Hungarian is an advantage.
You do not need to be a traditional software engineer. You do need to enjoy technical problem-solving and be willing to learn unfamiliar tools by testing, reading documentation, and building.
Useful additional experience
-
HubSpot or Salesforce administration and workflow design
-
n8n, Make, Zapier or similar automation tools
-
Sales-engagement and outbound platforms such as Salesforge, Outreach, Salesloft, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar tools
-
ABM and intent platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense
-
SQL, JavaScript, Python or another scripting language
-
Data enrichment, identity resolution, deduplication or CRM data governance
-
AI agent design, prompt engineering, evaluation and human-in-the-loop workflows
-
B2B consulting, agency delivery or client-facing implementation work
-
Analytics, experiment design and translating workflow performance into business outcomes
What success looks like
During your first months, you will learn Infinityn’s delivery approach, contribute to live client work, and take ownership of a defined GTM use case from discovery to launch.
You will be successful when the systems you build are:
-
useful to the people who depend on them;
-
reliable enough to run beyond a demo;
-
documented and transferable;
-
efficient in their use of data, tools and Clay credits; and
-
connected to a measurable result such as better data coverage, faster research, improved response time, stronger campaign readiness, higher conversion or pipeline impact.
What we offer
-
Meaningful ownership in a role that will help shape Infinityn’s GTM engineering practice
-
Hands-on work with international B2B clients, from scaleups to global enterprises
-
A small, experienced team where strategy and implementation sit close together
-
Access to modern GTM tools, partner ecosystems and real-world use cases
-
A hybrid workstyle with flexibility and collaboration from our Budapest base
-
Support for continuous learning, training and professional growth
-
A culture that values curiosity, accountability, transparency, client impact and a sustainable way of working
