Go-To-Market Workshop Highlights

Every scaleup eventually faces the same question: how do we grow sustainably without losing momentum? The Infinityn consultant team attended The ScaleUp Fest 2025, where we had the privilege of opening the conference with its first side event – an interactive workshop focused on this very challenge.

The event brought founders, leaders, and investors together to discuss an important question in business: how to scale effectively and sustainably. Sarah Archer (CRO, Chartmogul) and Robert Bukits (Founder & CEO, Infinityn International) hosted the workshop, which featured practical perspectives and frameworks to help participants rethink their growth strategies and overcome scaling obstacles.

The workshop started with Barbi Somogyi's (Director of Client Success, Infinityn International) openings words and continued with Sarah's session, where she guided the participants through the most common challenges companies face during their growth phase, such as sales and marketing misalignment or hiring and retaining talent. Her main message was that scaling is more than chasing new opportunities. It starts with introspection and organizational readiness. The session was interactive and offered entertaining real-life examples.

Robert focused on GTM transformation, emphasizing that GTM is not a one-time strategy or quick project but a process that aligns teams and drives sustainable growth. He challenged participants to identify their blind spots that stop several companies from scaling beyond product-market fit. Growth, as he explained, occurs in stages – problem-market fit to product-market fit, and eventually platform-market fit – and companies that never evolve past the middle stage are unlikely to survive.

To provide a clearer path, Robert introduced the GTM Assessment and the MOVE Framework from GTM Partners, practical tools for building clarity and direction. Moreover, he also presented deanonymized results from the GTM assessment submitted by participants in advance, giving them customized benchmarks to reflect on their strengths and gaps. And the workshop was even more impactful and practical thanks to the seasoned investor, Zoltán Györkő, who shared his experiences and learnings in the topic.

Robert wrapped it up by sharing the GTM Manifesto – a set of guiding principles that highlights the following:

We are deeply grateful to the organizers, our co-presenter Sara Archer, our special guest Zoltán Györkő, and of course all the participants who made the workshop so valuable. We appreciate the feedback and many of the attendees came to us afterwards to share their acknowledgement for the workshop, which indicates that the insights we shared addressed real challenges scaleups face.
