YOUR MISSION - IN A NUTSHELL


  • As a Senior Sales Executive you will expand our network of large multi-national global clients (mainly EMEA and NAM), grow relationships, and retain revenue while achieving assigned monthly/annual sales goals.
  • Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a quota-carrying sales position. In this role, you are expected to acquire new clients in the assigned set of target accounts.
  • You will be acting as Infinityn’s Growth Strategy Expert responsible for promoting all Infinityn’s solutions within our Agile Account Based Growth portfolio of services (ABI, ABM, ABSD, Technologies, Sourcing and Consultation).
  • You will provide excellent buying experience and work to identify and engage with a multitude of different roles in the buying committee (i.e. from ‘economic buyer’ to ‘decision maker’ or from ‘mobilizer’ to ‘blocker’, etc).
  • You will also be responsible for taking over Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) that are generated by the dedicated SDR team (ABSDs) for Infinityn Growth and moving those SQLs across the sales pipeline up until contracting and closing.

THE SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS YOU NEED


SALES INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE


  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales.
  • Highly skilled in ‘hunting’ and demonstrated ability to bring and onboard new clients.
  • A very good understanding of the sales pipeline, sales development, account centric sales, marketing will certainly help while experience SaaS-sales or technology-sales can be useful.
  • Hands on experience using multi-channel, multi-threaded, digital sales methods and a good understanding and experience using emails, calls and social selling for your sales cadences.
  • Experience presenting complex solutions/services to senior-level decisionmakers/prospects with an excellent understanding of MS PowerPoint.
  • You are able to quickly apprehend complex legal terms and conditions and customize various contracts fast.

ORGANIZATION & ITC SKILLS


  • Extremely competent with the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase is an advantage.
  • Data driven: you think before you act and rely on data and research prior to engaging with your prospects.
  • An above average discipline for keeping a close tab of your sales outreach in your CRM.
  • Planning your tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
  • Keep track of progress towards goals and KPIs.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS & COMMUNICATION SKILLS


  • Your first impression: you are someone who defines confidence!
  • Curious personality, being a master of “active listening”.
  • You are someone who believes that “there is never a second chance for a first impression”.
  • A great team player, the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (ABI, ABM, Quality, Legal, Finance etc.) and work independently as well.
  • A good sense of urgency, a good track record of prioritizing tasks and the agility to deliver them on tight deadlines.
  • Having worked in an international environment with English as the core language of communication (both spoken and written).
  • Fluency in French, German, Spanish can be an added advantage.
