ONBOARDING OPTIMISED

Infinityn Academy is the educational wing of Infinityn. We have a three week onboarding program that gets people to speed up their journey from their basics to 100% performance capacity.

The program begins with you collecting your work laptop and setting apart 20 hours per week for the enablements. You will also learn about our clients, our solutions, our approach and our culture.

The second step is where the fun begins. It is about you: understanding you, identifying your strengths and sharpening them with intense personal development activities and sessions!

By the end of the onboarding process, the candidates undergo the ‘Command of the Message’ exercise, during which people get an extensive in-house knowledge of our Clients.

This will be your final exercise to test your ability to understand our clients and their business goals at par with their own employee. Get past this and get on board with us full-time!

 

 

NOT YOUR ORDINARY ONBOARDING

 

 

Most companies’ onboarding focuses on the individual’s job posting and what it demands. Infinityn Academy focuses about the entire company and gives a 360* view on what the responsibilities of each department and persons are so that everybody could do their job respectfully! But the best way to find out is by being part of it!

Learn the trade, & learn the right ways. The goal is to find your mojo and strengthen it until you unlock 100% of your performance capacity.

The third month is when you finally get to your 100% work potential.

PERFORMANCE GAMIFIED: THE THURSDAY DIALING FEVER

 

 

Thursdays are for TDF, a.k.a. Thursday Dialling Fever. The goal is for all the
SDRs to come together and make as many calls as possible! It’s the time of
the week when people go in beast mode and the numbers soar high.

INFINITYN ACADEMY RUNS WEEKLY TDF SCORES TO KEEP TEAMS MOTIVATED.


Everyone is on fire, cheering for the winners and having a good time, all the while pushing their limits and breaking their own records.
